As the country lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our service level standards (SLS) program, which aims to provide high-quality service to our customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Acting as the subject matter expert for unique business, legal, and cultural requirements in Australia
* Customizing SLS program strategy to ensure it remains accurate and effective
* Building reporting mechanisms and identifying opportunities for improvement
* Ensuring SLS processes are compliant with Australian legal regulations
* Driving customer quality by partnering with regional business teams
* Overseeing gaps between teams, processes, and systems
* Developing and implementing KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs

You will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional partners, including regional business teams, program, product, and tech teams. Your expertise will be essential in driving process improvements and ensuring the successful delivery of our SLS program.

**Basic Qualifications:**

* 5+ years of program or project management experience
* Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
* Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
* Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field
