Job Title: Senior Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to join our Amazon Supply Chain Optimization Technologies (SCOT) team. As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving the expansion of our Direct Fulfillment (DF) business in the EU Emerging Stores, including the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, and Belgium.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive business growth and improve customer experience in EU Emerging Stores.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve access and scalability of DF for all vendors in the region.
  3. Share best practices and learnings from global counterparts to drive innovation and improvement.
  4. Conduct deep dives to understand root causes of vendor performance and develop action plans to accelerate growth.
  5. Work closely with Category teams to identify category-specific growth opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in program or project management, with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  3. Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
  4. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, operations, or supply chain management.
  5. Experience launching and scaling businesses from scratch, working with operations, business, and product teams to find scalable solutions to cross early adoption barriers.
