Role Overview

This newly established position will report directly to the Director of Marketing and will be responsible for managing customer marketing initiatives across the EMEA region. The role involves close collaboration with the Director to develop the overarching strategy, positioning, and messaging for various campaigns. Additionally, you will work alongside internal marketing and sales teams to drive growth, create compelling content, and develop sales tools and resources. Regular assessment of campaign performance and ROI tracking will also be essential components of this role.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a skilled Marketing Manager with a background in customer or product marketing within a B2B environment. You should possess a proven track record in strategic planning and campaign execution, along with a strong grasp of customer segmentation and account-based communication strategies. Exceptional copywriting abilities are a must, as well as strong project management skills to effectively present ideas and lead teams and agencies. Experience in the events or hospitality sector is advantageous, and proficiency in French or German would be a plus.
