Supported Living Director - Service Manager - Mental Health

Tonic Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to manage four supported living properties supporting adults recovering from mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the management of four supported living properties, ensuring high-quality care and support for clients.
  2. Lead and motivate teams to deliver exceptional care and support services.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and support services.
  4. Collaborate with the senior management team to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  5. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including CQC standards.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in care management, including working with adults with complex needs.
  2. Experience as a Care Manager or Service Manager in supported living or residential care.
  3. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
  5. A true passion for providing high-quality care and support services.
