About the Role:

  2. Ensure the properties meet the highest standards of care and support, adhering to CQC regulations and best practices.
  3. Develop and implement effective strategies to improve client outcomes, staff engagement, and property quality.
  4. Collaborate with the senior management team to drive business growth, innovation, and excellence.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in care management, preferably in supported living or residential care settings.
  2. Strong leadership and motivational skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional care and support.
  3. Knowledge of CQC standards, care legislation, and best practices in adult social care.
  4. Able to work collaboratively as part of a senior management team, driving business growth and excellence.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of up to £32,000, plus a £2,000 bonus and a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and career progression.
