Quality Control Manager

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Manager to lead our Microbiology Laboratory team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our laboratory operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop a high-performing team of scientists to achieve exceptional quality and productivity.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Coordinate laboratory operations, including scheduling, planning, and administration, to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
- Ensure accurate and timely testing, reporting, and record-keeping in accordance with quality control requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or a related field.
- Proven experience in a quality control or laboratory leadership role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on quality and process improvement.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and functions in a fast-paced environment.
