- Coordinate laboratory operations, including scheduling, planning, and administration, to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
- Ensure accurate and timely testing, reporting, and record-keeping in accordance with quality control requirements.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the laboratory.
- Manage personnel and fiscal budgets to achieve business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality control or laboratory management role.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business results.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with quality control procedures, laboratory safety, and regulatory requirements.
- SAP Quality Module experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to challenge, influence, and build consensus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
