Essential Skills Required:

  • Administration of Windows Server 2016 and above.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will be clarified during the onboarding process and may include maintaining, enhancing, and securing multi-classification, virtualized collaboration, and development environments.

Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to enhance Secure by Design capabilities across various projects. Provide infrastructure support for public cloud SaaS offerings, as well as project-based systems in diverse cloud environments. Execute maintenance tasks on infrastructure in accordance with change control protocols. Assist in monitoring and managing project-based ticketing and alerting systems for new changes and security notifications.

Respond to monitoring alerts and take appropriate actions. Maintain monitoring components in alignment with infrastructure developments. Ensure all platforms are updated in accordance with provider recommendations and the organization's security policies. Assess the impact of incidents swiftly and accurately, initiate return-to-service protocols, and ensure follow-up actions are executed.

Identify trends and issues, planning changes to enhance stability and performance. Stay abreast of advancements in secure public, private, and hybrid cloud technologies and network solutions.

Enhance personal knowledge through study and research towards vocational certifications in relevant technologies and vendors. Provide guidance to customers and project teams regarding infrastructure and support aspects. Share knowledge through the creation of knowledge articles for the team and the broader organization. Support the team in securing new business opportunities.
