We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Sales Manager to join our team at Insequa Limited. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business and nurturing prospects through outbound sales activities.
Key Responsibilities- Meet Sales Targets: Consistently achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business.
- Develop Product Knowledge: Develop a working knowledge of our service offering and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Lead Generation: Ascertain and qualify the quality of new leads and report via our CRM system.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain contact with clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and build strong relationships.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive base salary of £25,000 - £28,000 (OTE £40,000 uncapped) with opportunities for growth and bonuses.
- Benefits Package: 22 days annual leave plus statutory bank holidays, with an additional day's leave for your birthday.
- Profit Share: Eligibility for a share of profits once an agreed threshold has been achieved.
