Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a professional sales function to drive business growth and profitability
  • Work closely with the sales director to develop and deliver a long-term sales strategy for both new and repeat business
  • Manage and maintain a CRM system to track client and lead activity and provide clear sales information to the management team
  • Create and present monthly figures of achieved and forecasted sales
  • Liaise with key client relationship managers to maximize repeat business
  • Set and deliver yearly sales budgets with the support of the sales director
  • Manage the sales tracker and ensure sales information is up to date
Requirements:
  • Experience of working in a sales/customer-focused environment to a high level of excellence
  • Excellent IT skills, including working knowledge of MS Office systems and Teams
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Highly skilled and effective communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management
  • The ability to work to targets and proven track record of delivering results
  • Good problem-solving ability
  • A team player with a positive can-do approach to work
  • Knowledge of commercial construction, facilities management, and/or commercial furnishing sales
  • Ambition
  • Full UK driving license
