Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in upselling through effective customer interactions.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for all customer inquiries, offering product guidance.
- Actively work to prevent escalations by managing returns, exchanges, and order status inquiries while providing updates on logistics timelines.
- Represent your client with pride, delivering exemplary customer service.
- Provide exceptional support through various channels including phone, web chat, and email.
- Ensure that customer satisfaction is prioritized in every conversation.
Qualifications:
- A genuine passion for delivering top-notch customer service with an empathetic approach.
- Excellent social media communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to meet customer needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experience in a customer-facing role.
- Proficient IT skills.
