About the Role

This exciting opportunity is based at our Picton Depot in the South West, where you will play a key role in supporting and advising the business on fleet practices to ensure compliance with all fleet policy and guidelines.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to a high-performing team, providing administration support to Fleet Management, Engineering, and Service work stream leaders.
  • Enter and maintain accurate vehicle, plant, and custodian information into Ellipse, our fleet management system.
  • Provide expert advice on fleet activities to the rest of the business, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Update the fleet database in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring data integrity.
  • Perform general data entry and reconciliations for FBT, fuel accounts, infringements, insurance claims, and vehicle licensing.
  • Contribute to improving QA procedures and systems, driving continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • Year 10 High School Certificate or equivalent in English, Maths, Science, and Computing.
  • At least 2+ years of general office administration experience.
  • Previous experience in the automotive service or parts industry.
  • Excellent data entry accuracy with attention to detail.
