Position Overview:

Marsh McLennan Companies is seeking qualified individuals for the role of Senior Analyst in Client Relationship Management, located in our Montreal office.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to a designated client portfolio
  • Manage administrative tasks and documentation for account setups, renewals, and modifications
  • Work collaboratively with assigned client service teams to enhance service delivery
  • Prepare submissions, oversee certificates and invoices, and maintain well-organized client records
  • Support additional tasks as directed by management

Role Expectations:

  • Participate in a dynamic and collaborative environment, improving technical knowledge in insurance
  • Serve as a key contact for client service teams regarding processing and workflow inquiries
  • Establish strong relationships with internal operational teams to ensure excellence in operations
  • Engage with clients, focusing on maximizing sales opportunities and fostering growth through a client-focused strategy

About the Position:

  • Assist Client Executives and Account Coordinators in providing outstanding service
  • Manage daily client activities, including pre and post-renewal processes
  • Support Sales Professionals in attracting new clients to drive business expansion

Required Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree from a college or university
  • 1-3 years of professional experience
  • Positive demeanor, proactive attitude, and adaptability to evolving circumstances
  • Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and organizational capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related technology solutions
  • Fluency in both English and French
