We are seeking an experienced and skilled Employee Relations professional to join our team at BDO UK. As Head of Employee Relations, you will be responsible for leading our Employee Relations function, providing strategic guidance and support to our HR teams and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective Employee Relations strategies and policies to support the business and its people.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on Employee Relations matters, including employment law, employee engagement, and conflict resolution.
  • Lead and manage a team of Employee Relations specialists, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with HR teams and business leaders to identify and address Employee Relations risks and opportunities, ensuring a proactive and preventative approach to Employee Relations.
