As a key member of the HR Leadership Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing employee relations strategies, policies, and procedures to promote a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in employment law, with in-depth knowledge and application of UK employment law. They will be a self-starter, able to drive the agenda across the business for employee relations, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to think strategically about ER across ClearBank and shape the future of how we operate is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employee relations strategies, policies, and procedures
- Build an ER infrastructure for managers, including guides, toolkits, and templates
- Deliver training and coaching on employee relations topics
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters
- Advising on changes to employment legislation and implementing changes as needed
