Financial Services Case Handler

We are seeking a skilled Complaints Handler to join our team at Diligenta, a leading provider of outsourced administration services to the UK Life Assurance and Pensions market.
About the RoleAs a Complaints Handler, you will be responsible for responding to customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. You will work closely with our customers, including major UK banks, to ensure that their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer complaints and queries via telephone or in writing
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective complaint resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong customer service experience, preferably in the life and pensions industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
