Complaints Handler in Financial Services

We are seeking a skilled Complaints Handler to join our team at Diligenta, a leading provider of outsourced administration services to the UK Life Assurance and Pensions market.

About the Role

As a Complaints Handler, you will be responsible for responding to customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. You will work closely with our customers, including major UK banks, to ensure that their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer complaints and queries via telephone or in writing
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective complaint resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong customer service experience, preferably in the life and pensions industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Good PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
