Job Summary:

Pure Resourcing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our state-of-the-art facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the site is fully compliant and fit for purpose for all staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain facilities management processes and procedures to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure the building meets all relevant compliance regulations, including health and safety standards.
  • Manage and oversee cleaning, security, property, and grounds maintenance services to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Supervise a small team of facilities management operatives to ensure effective delivery of services.
  • Liaise with tenants, employees, and visitors to provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement budgeting and financial management strategies to optimize resources and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in facilities management, with a strong track record of delivering TFM (total facilities management) services.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team leadership skills, with the ability to create a strong, effective, and professional team.
  • Experience in budgeting and financial management, with a strong understanding of cost control and optimization.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • NEBOSH certifications or equivalent experience in health and safety management.
