Breakfast Chef

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Chef to join our team at The Imperial Hotel Blackpool. As a Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a range of breakfast items, including eggs, bacon, sausages, pastries, and other breakfast specialties.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook breakfast items according to established hotel standards.
- Ensure all breakfast dishes are presented attractively and meet hotel quality and consistency standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team and breakfast front-of-house team to ensure a smooth operation during breakfast service.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Adhere to hotel quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- A natural passion for producing great food and presenting it well.
- The ability to perform well in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills to ensure the smooth running of the breakfast operation.
- A proven track record as a Breakfast Chef in a similar establishment.
