Reporting to the Head Chef, your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and cooking a range of breakfast items, from eggs and bacon to pastries and other breakfast specialties.
  • Ensuring all breakfast dishes meet our high standards for quality and presentation.
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during breakfast hours.
  • Monitoring food inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock.
  • Adhering to our strict quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A natural flair for producing great food and presentation.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills to ensure smooth breakfast operations.
  • A proven track record as a Breakfast Chef in a similar establishment.
