The Role: Breakfast Chef
As a Breakfast Chef at The Imperial Hotel Blackpool, you'll play a vital role in crafting delicious and visually appealing breakfast experiences for our guests. You'll work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
Your Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items, including eggs, bacon, sausages, pastries, and specialty dishes, adhering to established hotel standards for quality and consistency.
- Present all breakfast dishes attractively, ensuring they meet the hotel's high standards.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless breakfast service, including handling special dietary requests and guest feedback.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain adequate stock for breakfast service.
- Adhere to strict hygiene, cleanliness, and safety protocols, complying with all relevant regulations.
- A genuine passion for creating exceptional food presentations.
