About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Chef to join our team at The Imperial Hotel Blackpool. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a range of breakfast items to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook breakfast items, including eggs, bacon, sausages, pastries, and other breakfast specialties.
  • Ensure all breakfast dishes are presented attractively and meet our hotel's quality and consistency standards.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team and breakfast front-of-house team to ensure a smooth operation during breakfast service.
  • Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
  • Adhere to hotel quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times.
Requirements
  • A passion for producing great food and presenting it well.
  • The ability to perform well in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills to ensure the smooth running of the breakfast operation.
  • A proven track record as a Breakfast Chef in a similar establishment.
