Daish's Holidays is seeking a skilled Production Chef to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for producing high-quality food as directed by the head chef. Your duties will include assisting in the implementation of menus, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the delivery of service standards.

As a Production Chef at Daish's Holidays, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be part of a team that is committed to providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

We offer a competitive salary of £15.00 per hour after a 3-month probation period, as well as a range of benefits including a supportive mental wellbeing and financial assistance package. You will also receive £50 once you have completed basic Daish's training and have the opportunity to refer a friend and split £100.

Our kitchen team works a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, but we ensure that everyone finishes no later than 8.30pm. Breakfast shifts start from 7am and will be finished by 11am latest.

In addition to these benefits, we offer a great 'Take your family on a Daish's holiday scheme' for as little as £75 per holiday. This includes 4 nights, breakfast, dinner, room, travel, and entertainment all included.

  • Producing food as directed by the head chef
  • Assisting in the implementation of menus with new or existing creations, ensuring variety and quality of servings for our guests
  • Working in conjunction with the Head Chef to maintain equipment required for the delivery of service standards
  • Assisting with daily stock replenishment if required
  • In conjunction with the Head Chef, maintaining all required legislative records such as the SFBB log, and labelling systems so that internal and external inspections can be carried out at any time.
  • Being aware of company Health & Safety policy in your workplace and assisting others to help to maintain a safe working environment.
