A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MORNING CULINARY SPECIALIST AT RBH
Your responsibilities will include...
Under the guidance of the Head Chef, your daily tasks will encompass:
- Preparing and cooking a variety of breakfast dishes, including eggs, bacon, sausages, pastries, and other specialties, adhering to established hotel standards.
- Ensuring all breakfast items are presented beautifully and meet the hotel's quality and consistency standards.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff to facilitate a seamless breakfast service, accommodating special dietary needs and guest feedback.
- Monitoring food inventory levels and assisting in the procurement of supplies to ensure sufficient stock for breakfast service.
- Complying with hotel quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards, as well as current health, food safety, and fire regulations.
