About the Role

Brock & Decker is seeking a highly motivated Investment Associate to join their team in the clean energy sector. As a specialist clean energy financial services firm, we provide investment management, corporate finance, and equity research services to companies and investors within the clean energy sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the executive management team in managing clean energy assets, including renewable energy projects and sustainable infrastructure investments.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to identify investment opportunities and optimize portfolio performance.
  • Assist in corporate finance advisory, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, to help clients achieve their strategic objectives.
  • Prepare equity research reports and investment recommendations to provide clients with informed investment decisions.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their investment needs and preferences.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or a related field.
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop creative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Passion for the clean energy sector and a commitment to sustainable finance.
