Community Rehabilitation Physiotherapist

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our Musculoskeletal Service at Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will work alongside advanced physiotherapy practitioners and therapists to provide high-quality care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and treat patients with musculoskeletal conditions, using evidence-based practice and national guidelines.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the development of clinical pathways and protocols, ensuring best practice and patient-centered care.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff and students, promoting professional development and excellence.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient outcomes.
- Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with a strong understanding of evidence-based practice.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience of supervising junior staff.
