As an Advocacy Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the wishes, views, and rights of our clients are taken into account by professionals.
About the Role
The successful applicant will lead a team of Multi Specialist Advocates, providing advocacy support to clients. Excellent communication skills are imperative, and the ability to manage a complex workload is essential. You will be provided with a thorough induction training program and will be expected to demonstrate sound listening skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to collect and record data accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and lead a team of Multi Specialist Advocates
- Work with professionals and families/carers to ensure client needs are met
- Record data accurately and in a timely manner
- Manage safeguarding situations in line with policy
