Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Professional to join our team as a Support Specialist. As a Support Specialist, you will work closely with our customers to provide personalized support, enabling them to access the community, complete daily tasks, and maintain their independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality support to customers with learning disabilities and mental health issues
  • Assist customers with daily tasks, such as shopping, cooking, and finances
  • Support customers to access the community and engage in activities
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized support plans
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment

What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £44, with enhancements for overtime and sleep shifts. Our staff have control over their pay, including weekly or monthly pay and flexible options for accrued holiday pay. We also offer a mileage contribution and factor travel time into pay when applicable.

Bonus Scheme

We have a generous bonus scheme, including a payment of £170 for completing the probationary period. We also offer a refer-a-friend scheme, which will pay £200 to the person who makes the referral once the new candidate has completed their probationary period.

Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care. You will need to be committed to working in a fast-paced environment and be able to work alternate weekends. Full training will be provided, and we pay candidates to complete their training.
