Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team. As a Care Professional, you will work closely with our customers, providing support and assistance with daily living tasks, as well as promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and mental health issues
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
- Encourage and support customers to participate in community activities and pursue their interests
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Maintain accurate records and reports, as required

- A competitive hourly rate of £44, with enhancements for overtime
- A generous bonus scheme, including a payment of £170 for completing your probationary period
- A refer-a-friend scheme, offering £200 to the person who makes the referral
- Flexible pay options, including weekly or monthly pay and accrued holiday pay
- A mileage contribution and travel time factored into your pay

- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including earlies, lates, and sleep shifts
