Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the general running of the hotel at night, including performing night audits and hotel safety checks to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests and staff.
  • Support other departments to set up for the next day, ensuring a seamless transition and efficient operation.
  • Be the 'face of Mercure London Bridge' during the night, extending a warm welcome to our guests and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Undertake various administrative tasks, including data entry and reporting, to support the hotel's operations.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Good level of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Understanding of hotel and financial security procedures as well as guest confidentiality.
  • Ability to use Property Management System software such as OPERA Cloud.
  • Competency with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
  • Previous experience in a hotel Front Office or Finance team is advantageous.
