About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Digital Operations Coordinator. This role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our digital publishing business, including platform management, promotional roadmaps, and retail store management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Platform Management:
    • Manage Steam and Epic platform setup, including creator, sale, and title pages.
    • Implement pricing data and manage user accounts.
  • Promotional Roadmap Management:
    • Develop and manage project workback schedules.
    • Report on activity and submission processes.
  • Retail Store Management:
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure deliverables are ready for digital retail distribution.
  • Product Security:
    • Own product security processes, reporting, and documentation.
    • Audit key activation and usage across channels.
  • Documentation:
    • Contribute to Release and Commercial best practices documentation.
Requirements
  • Required:
    • Experience working with data entry systems.
    • Expertise in Excel and MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • High attention to detail and data input accuracy.
    • Passion for gaming and knowledge of current trends and PC digital platforms.
  • Desirable:
    • Experience working with digital distribution partners and platform holder portals.
    • 1 year's experience within a games industry discipline or a games-related qualification.
    • Understanding of the development lifecycle.
