We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team at SAVVY MEDIA & DIGITAL RECRUITMENT. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Asset Management: Oversee the maintenance and organization of office assets and equipment.
  • Meeting Room Coordination: Arrange and schedule meeting rooms, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among team members.
