The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional advice to managers on employee relations issues, including terms and conditions of employment and Trust policies and procedures.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, including disciplinary procedures, grievances, and performance management.
- Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Collaborate with managers to resolve employee relations issues and provide support and guidance as needed.
- Conduct investigations and provide recommendations on employee relations matters.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of employee relations issues and outcomes.
- Degree level education or equivalent experience.
- CIPD Associate Membership (Level 5).
- Committed to continuous professional development.
- Up-to-date knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation and best practice in employment.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with all grades of staff.
