Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure Design Engineer to join our team at Fortis Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical design skills for a range of projects involving highways, civil, drainage, and flood alleviation schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical design expertise for highways and drainage projects
  • Work with clients to understand their needs and develop effective design solutions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to manage and motivate junior colleagues and assist with their general training and development
  • Represent the company at project and public meetings
  • Manage and maintain great client contacts

Requirements:

  • Experience with Microdrainage, PDS, Site 3D (AutoCAD), and AutoCAD
  • Strong technical design skills and knowledge of highways and drainage projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
