The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical design expertise for a range of projects involving highways, civil, drainage, and flood alleviation schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop technical solutions for infrastructure and drainage projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Manage and motivate junior colleagues, providing guidance and training as needed
  • Represent the company at project and public meetings, building strong client relationships
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge to improve design and delivery

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in infrastructure design, with a focus on highways and drainage projects
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microdrainage, PDS, Site 3D (AutoCAD), and AutoCAD
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to manage and motivate junior colleagues, providing guidance and training as needed
