We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure Design Engineer to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our civil engineering consultancy, you will be responsible for providing technical design skills for a range of projects involving highways, civil, drainage, and flood alleviation schemes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and develop infrastructure projects, including highways, civil, and drainage schemes
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Manage and motivate junior colleagues, providing guidance and support for their professional development
  • Represent the company at project and public meetings, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in Microdrainage, PDS, Site 3D (AutoCAD), and AutoCAD
  • Strong technical design skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to manage and motivate junior colleagues, providing guidance and support for their professional development
