Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure Design Engineer to join our team at Fortis Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our civil engineering consultancy, you will be responsible for providing technical design skills for a range of projects involving highways, civil, drainage, and flood alleviation schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical design expertise for highway and drainage projects
  • Collaborate with junior colleagues to manage and motivate them
  • Represent the company at project and public meetings
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Assist with the training and development of junior colleagues

Requirements:

  • Experience with Microdrainage, PDS, Site 3D (AutoCAD), and AutoCAD
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
