Artificial Intelligence Systems Engineer

This division is pivotal in managing the recruitment of over a million associates globally each year. In this role, you will work closely with scientific and engineering teams to deploy state-of-the-art AI systems and facilitate product integrations.
Your key responsibilities will encompass enhancing system performance, steering MLOps automation initiatives, and ensuring the smooth transition of experimental findings into operational environments.
This position presents a variety of challenges and opportunities for professional growth, from developing self-service MLOps tools to ensuring excellence in our code repositories. You will also collaborate with partners to enrich their offerings with our models and support ongoing business operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Work in partnership with scientific teams to transition research into production
- Develop innovative AI systems and optimize their performance
- Lead the direction of MLOps automation frameworks
- Incorporate experimental outcomes into production environments
- Provide essential on-call support for business continuity

Minimum Qualifications:- 3+ years of professional experience in software development
- Expertise in MLOps for scalable AI/ML solutions
- Experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems
- Proficiency in at least one programming language
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- Experience across the full software development life cycle
- Master's degree in computer science or a related field
- Background in machine learning, data mining, and statistical analysis
