Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Mid-training team as an Artificial Intelligence Scientist. This role will involve conducting cross-cutting research, engineering, and execution, including activities associated with both pre-training and post-training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and development of new AI technologies and techniques
  • Design and implement efficient algorithms and models for large-scale machine learning tasks
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain the training and inference infrastructure
  • Contribute to the development of new features and improvements to existing ones
  • Work closely with the data science team to ensure data quality and integrity

Requirements

  • PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
  • Strong background in machine learning and deep learning
  • Experience with large-scale machine learning systems and infrastructure
  • Excellent programming skills in languages such as Python, C++, or Java
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
