About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our People Advisory team as a People Experience Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering a people experience that is aligned to our firm's purpose and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the business on people annual life cycle activities related to performance, talent, and reward.
  • Guide and coach people managers in the effective management of their people, including performance concerns, absence, and investigation and disciplinary cases.
  • Deliver on our people strategy, people deals, people initiatives, and the annual people experience cycle.
  • Collaborate with senior people advisers and people advisory managers to drive business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Experience within a generalist HR function working with large client groups.
  • Experience supporting the business with employee relations activity such as absence management, capability, and investigation and disciplinary processes.
  • Confidence in the use of Excel to manipulate, analyze, and present data.
  • Strong stakeholder management and adaptive communication skills.
  • Examples of how you have supported people managers with initiatives that have made a positive impact on their team.
