Head of People Job Description

Parke Lane People is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of People to join our team. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for leading our HR function and driving business outcomes through people strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement People Strategies: Design and deliver a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives business outcomes.
  • Lead HR Function: Oversee the HR function, including recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, and employee relations.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, and identify and mitigate risks associated with HR practices.
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership Team: Work closely with our Senior Leadership Team to drive business outcomes and achieve our strategic objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven HR Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, with a proven track record of delivering business outcomes through people strategies.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex HR challenges.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
