Head of People and Culture

Parke Lane People is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of People to join our team. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for leading our HR function and driving business outcomes through people strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement People Strategies: Design and deliver a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives business outcomes.
- Lead HR Function: Oversee the HR function, including recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, and employee relations.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, and identify and mitigate risks associated with HR practices.
- Communication and Collaboration: Develop and maintain effective relationships with senior leaders, employees, and external partners to drive business outcomes and achieve our goals.
Requirements:
- Proven HR Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, with a track record of delivering business outcomes through people strategies.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex HR challenges.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, senior leaders, and external partners.
