About the Position
An exceptional opportunity has emerged for a Lead Nurse to become part of the Adult Surgical Ward team.
The ideal candidate will be accountable for evaluating care requirements and assessing care plans, ensuring the provision of exemplary care to patients.
In the absence of the Senior Lead Nurse/Team Leader, the incumbent will maintain ongoing responsibility for the management and clinical oversight of the unit, which includes staff supervision, development, and allocation.
Responsibilities may differ based on the specific ward/department and the level of patient care required.

- Registered Nurse with valid NMC Registration
