The Role

The successful candidate will be a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse who will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the community. The post holder will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care, ensuring that patients receive safe and effective interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the community

Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with valid NMC Registration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of community health and social care services
  • Full Car Driver with a full, valid UK/EU/EEA licence
