Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
*Consistently provide a welcoming atmosphere, engaging with every customer through friendly greetings and eye contact.
*Efficiently operate cash registers to enhance the customer experience.
*Maintain stock levels and ensure the store environment is organized and presentable.
*Collaborate effectively with team members to support daily operations.
*Adhere to visual merchandising standards and accurately implement display plans.
*Possess in-depth knowledge of products to inform customers about current promotions and special offers.
*Proactively assist customers on the sales floor to enhance their shopping experience.
*Engage in meaningful conversations at the Till Point to boost sales and improve transaction values.
*Some positions may require the movement of stocked trolleys over considerable distances.

Candidate Profile:
*Prior experience in a retail or hospitality setting is advantageous.
*Essential customer service experience is required.
*A proactive attitude towards maximizing sales opportunities is necessary.
*Flexibility in scheduling is important, with shifts available from early morning to late evening throughout the week.
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are crucial.
*A positive mindset and a commitment to contributing to a successful team environment.
