We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team in Hastings. As a Pharmacy Manager at Morrisons, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing pharmacy operations, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of pharmacy professionals in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the pharmacy.
  • Manage pharmacy stock, ordering, and replenishment to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy services, increase sales, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other pharmacy colleagues, store managers, and healthcare professionals to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, standards, and policies, and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to pharmacy team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy policies, procedures, and standards.
Requirements:
  • Pharmacy degree and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Proven experience in community pharmacy management, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality services and achieving business objectives.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives.
