As a Pharmacy Dispenser, you will play a crucial role in delivering an organized, efficient, and accurate dispensing service that exceeds customer expectations.

Job Purpose:
  • To work as part of a dynamic and motivated Homecare Pharmacy team to deliver a high-quality dispensing service.
  • To process and dispense prescriptions accurately in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality objectives.
  • To adhere to SOPs and raise any non-conformances in line with company policy.
  • To deputize for the Low/Mid Tech Senior Dispenser as required, ensuring the smooth running of the Pharmacy operation.
  • To maintain compliance with CRM and Pharmacy Manager Procedures.
  • To ensure compliance with Pharmacy Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), GDP, and Health & Safety.
Key Responsibilities:
  • To process and dispense prescriptions under the direction of the Responsible Pharmacist and Pharmacy Management Team.
  • To assist in query resolution for any pharmacy-related queries.
  • To assist in the implementation of corrective and preventative actions to ensure patient safety.
  • To undertake training as needed and required for your role.
  • To assist the Pharmacy Management Team with the implementation of new contracts and projects.

Requirements:
