Job Overview:

Our company, Alliance Healthcare Management Services Limited, is seeking a highly motivated and committed individual to join our Homecare Pharmacy team as a Dispensing Assistant. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, processing and dispensing prescriptions with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and dispense prescriptions under the direction of the Responsible Pharmacist and Pharmacy Management Team.
  • Assist in query resolution for any pharmacy-related queries, with a focus on timely resolution of Mid and Low prescription queries.
  • Undertake training as needed and required for the role, ensuring all key competencies are achieved.
  • Assist the Pharmacy Management Team with implementation of new contracts and projects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services.
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent computer literacy and organizational skills.
