Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Circle Health Group. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of an excellent clinical, operational, and governance-based medicine management service.

Key Responsibilities

  • To support the pharmacy team in procuring, receiving, and dispensing medicines to all areas of the hospital.
  • To manage the stock of medicines within the hospital, ensuring accurate and timely charging.
  • To provide a dispensing service for medicines that may be required.
  • To work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to ensure the delivery of a high-quality medicine management service.

Requirements

  • Registration as a pharmacy technician on the General Pharmaceutical Council register.
  • Knowledge of General Pharmaceutical Council Codes of Professional Conduct, Ethics, and Performance and their implications for practice.
  • Maths and English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.
  • Proficient in the use of a PC, including software and systems.
  • Experience in ordering and dispensing medicines.
