Pharmacy Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Morrisons Pharmacy in Hastings. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacy professionals in providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality pharmacy services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of pharmacy professionals in providing excellent customer service and delivering high-quality pharmacy services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy services and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the pharmacy team's schedules, holidays, and working time to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Collaborate with other pharmacy colleagues to provide support and advice, and share accurate information in a confidential and timely manner.
  • Coach and lead the pharmacy team to deliver agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide direction and guidance to pharmacy colleagues to ensure a safe and effective workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmacy standards and regulations, and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Oversee the ordering and replenishment of pharmacy stock, and control the sale of medicines.
  • Build relationships with General Practitioners and other healthcare professionals in the community.
  • Use expert knowledge and opportunistic interventions to maximize services and sales, while complying with clinical, ethical, and legal requirements.
Requirements:
  • Pharmacy degree and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Experience of working in the community pharmacy sector.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality pharmacy services and customer satisfaction.
