Job Opportunity: Floating Waking Nights Support Worker

We are seeking a part-time Floating Waking Nights Support Worker to join our team in North Somerset. This role requires driving due to the work locations, which include Weston-super-Mare, Yatton, and Portishead.

Our approach at Radis Community Care focuses on supporting clients to live independently within their own home and local community. As a Care Assistant, you will work with clients to:

  • Support with personal care tasks, including washing, dressing, and medication administration.
  • Assist with meal preparation and accessing the local community, such as shopping and activities.
  • Support with day-to-day household duties and any other daily routines our clients have.

We offer enhanced rates for NVQs and ensure that you have the same clients on a daily basis. Our team works differently to most local providers, prioritizing client-centered care and community involvement.
